There are so many misconceptions as to what binge eating really is, and because of that, many people do not know how to battle this eating disorder. Whitney’s guest today, Dr. Jake Linardon,  specializes in binge eating and body dissatisfaction. He is a Research Fellow and Psychology Lecturer at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. He has published over 35 peer-reviewed scientific research articles on eating disorders. Since completing his Ph.D. in 2017, he has continued to stay passionate in his research into more effective treatment approaches for eating disorders.
