Doing nice stuff for others brings inner satisfaction that can make us feel fulfilled with our lives, but some people overdo it in order to please others out of a feeling of necessity. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if you are people-pleasing or you just like being nice to someone. Often times, this can come about in relation to dieting and can be an act of self-protection.
