First hour: Phil Gries with Part 4 of our tribute to Will Jordan as part of The Sounds of Lost Television. Topics include Jordan’s appearances on the three prime time network specials that paved the way for the short-lived ABC series The Kopykats. Also in this hour: Tony Figueroa and Donna Allen discuss the life and career of actor Richard Anderson as part of This Week in TV History. Second hour: Ed welcomes back actress and author Kathryn Leigh Scott (Dark Shadows). Kathryn’s latest book, Now with You, Now Without: My Journey Through Life and Loss, is a memoir of the challenges that she and her husband Geoff Miller faced after he was diagnosed with progressive supernuclear palsy (PSP), one of five progressive prime-of-life diseases for which there is no treatment or cure. While the book does deal with the difficult subject of coping with the inevitable, it is foremost a celebration of life, a story of cherishing memories and making the most out of your life, no matter how long it is, and a reminder to find the courage to move forward.
