First, a bit of news: So, it's after careful consideration that I've decided to suspend pledges on Patreon. For the time being the content will be available free to everyone at all times. I'd still love it if people visited the Patreon page, and I'll take a donation any old time you feel like buying me a cup of coffee, but I'm struggling with the "new normal" as we all call it.
I'm back to work part time, but the kids aren't in school, and it's impossible to find care for them when I'm already wearing my childcare options thin just getting to work each day. I just don't feel comfortable charging patrons for a thing when I can't reasonably promise to have bonus content, content up by Friday at the latest, or other benefits that come along with patronage.
Now, about this episode:
Katrina and I actually went to high school together. She's a super cool chick, with four kids, living in Honolulu, Hawaii, with her husband, who is also in the air force. She talks about her choice to join the Air Force, her current dilemma: go back into the air force and, if so, in what capacity, and how she raises four kids while her husband is deployed (but he's not currently, so that's a good thing).
