We tend to focus on the important over the urgent.and everything is not of equal importance.We need to pinpoint and push through the biggest challenges in your business.

As entrepreneurs, we need to figure out where the kink in the hose is. Just like when a water hose gets a kink the water pressure on the output slows down even when the water is still pumping strong up until the kink.

We spend so much time doing and hustling that we rarely see where the kink is. the goal is to do more thinking and working on the processes and operations of our business. We must work on making sure that the hose is flowing great pressure from beginning to end to get consistent results.

We need to be designing your business to run itself. You tend to get our business to become all-encompassing. Hence when your business becomes a burden. Your business needs to have independence from you. One of my best mottos in business and as an entrepreneur is "work to make yourself obsolete"

The first thing you need to figure out is what your business is meant to produce consistently to give you the biggest profitability both in money, time, impact.
