Tommy McIntosh is the Creative Director of Tommy Collins by Atlantic Group, which has catered for the Portsea Polo, Fashion Week, Alex Perry’s Runway Show, the Secret Garden and many more major events. He’s also the Co-Owner of Tommy Collins Group, which has created numerous hospitality ventures including Almond Milk Co, House of Lulu White, The Hampton’s Bakery, The Villager, Hawk & Hunter Cafe and The Little Ox Brighton to just name a few.

I’ve known Tommy from my very early days in the hospitality industry, when I was just a starry eyed kid working at The Botanical in South Yarra. Tommy was one of my industry idols, and easily ran my favourite cafe The Little Ox in Brighton.

Both Tommy and his business partner, Ben, have always maintained a principle-first approach to quality and unique events, catering many of my own personal family events over the years.
