My name is Lon Schiffbauer and I’m a Professor of Business Management at Salt Lake Community College and a business strategy consultant, dedicated to helping companies develop thriving organizational cultures. My education includes an MBA and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In addition to my academic and consulting background, I have over 25 years’ corporate experience.

I make these podcasts with three goals in mind:• First, I want to help students, professors, business professionals, and the just plain naturally curious look at things in new ways and come away with an increased understanding of the world around us.• Second, I want to create quality, open-access educational content that can be used in the classroom.• Finally, I want to give us tools, tips, and tricks we can use to improve ourselves, whether at work, home, school, or in the community.
