You’ve probably heard all about the value of meditation but it’s another thing to actually DO it, especially when you’re a busy mom entrepreneur. Even if you used to have a practice, if you’ve fallen out of the habit, it can be hard to get started again. It’s easy to inadvertently set unreasonable goals that keep you from the benefits of that valuable space of rest.
