This teaching is given from the cosmologically expanded understanding revealed in The URANTIA Book (Fifth Epochal Revelation) that there are mortals on other worlds throughout the Grand Universe, and that many of these worlds are more advanced culturally, socially and spiritually than ours.  Looking at some of the mores and laws of a higher society that is similar, but more evolved than us can assist us in developing our planetary culture and social systems.

Our planet, having experienced the Lucifer Rebellion, is out of divine pattern and suffers from many dysfunctions, which Niánn Emerson Chase describes.  One of these is patho-adolesence; much of our dominant culture encourages immaturity, focus on the physical rather than the spiritual, and an unhealthy obsession with youth.

As Niánn shares, having the gift of Fifth and Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (The URANTIA Book and The Cosmic Family volumes) gives us a broader cosmic context of reality and divine pattern, and assists us to identify our societal and global problems and implement personal change for planetary progress.
