Happy 2019! For the first episodes of the year, we finally dip into the long running series Ranma 1/2 by going over the first two movies. First up, Dennis, Ed, Kate, and Karen talk movie 1, originally known in North America as Big Trouble in Nekonron, China; but also known with the actual subtitle The Battle of Nekonron: The Fight to Break the Rules. We talk all the Ranma tropes from the TV series, bad dietary practices, winning one's hand for marriage, the will they/won't they Ranma and Akane relationship, and whether or not this is a good intro for someone unfamiliar with the Ranma mythos.
