This podcast was plugged by Scott, host of the What Was That Like podcast. In his ad, he suggested using Wake Me Up as a replacement behavior for hitting the snooze button (which I am very guilty of). I’ve been struggling to stay balanced and get myself out of bed. I thought Scott had a great idea and I tried it this morning. It was HUGELY successful for me and the topic of the episode fits perfectly into my life right now! Tyler’s voice is friendly, positive, and steady. I appreciate the pacing and length of the episodes, too! I can’t wait to make this a morning ritual!
