• I believe in work out movements that build power within a person, regardless of if it’s what works for me or not personally.
• Ultimately though, you get what you pay for with work outs, and price vs cost tends to dictate all areas of our life.

POINT #2: Determining What’s Too Expensive

• Expense comes down to the decision that you make in your mind, whether it’s financial, time consumption, or strength.
• Does the cost outweigh the price that we have to pay in order to avoid the cost in the first place?

POINT #3: Compared to What?

• It’s all about perspective, but the piece inside of this isn’t to ask if it’s too expensive but what price will have to be paid vs the overall payoff.
• What is the payoff for paying for something, and does it outweigh the sacrifice?

QUESTION OF THE DAY:

• Where in your Core 4 (body, being, balance and business) have you decided to hide behind the story that it’s “too expensive?”

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:

• Write in your War Map (journal) what the payoff might be if you’re willing to get over the story of being too expensive and do that which has been holding you back.
