Today I have Teresa Shields Parker on the podcast sharing her journey through weight loss and breaking strongholds. Teresa is a Christian weight loss coach and author who has lost 250 pounds and kept it off since 2013. Today her goal is with God’s help to teach women how to transform their lifestyles, lose weight and live healthy. 

Teresa offers her insights weekly on Sweet Grace for Your Journey podcast which is also on Charisma Podcast Network. She has published six books and two study guides all of which are on Amazon and her website.

Her first book, Sweet Grace: How I Lost 250 Pounds and Stopped Trying to Earn God’s Favor was number one in Christian weight loss memoirs for five years. Her most recent memoir, Sweet Surrender: Breaking Strongholds is quickly moving up in the rankings.

She has also written:
