Just when you thought it was safe to come out of the first We're Alive audio drama hideout... they pull you back in!

A great return and continuation of one of my favorite audio dramas to date. It strikes the perfect balance of comedy, lore, and fear. Looking forward to the rest of Gold Rush!

I am about 50 episodes in of 176 so think that qualifies me for a review. This is a big commitment to listen to but man is it worth it. Superb story, voice acting and sound. Love everything about this zombie audio drama, some great characters and tense moments, plenty of action not all talk. Breezing though the episodes 5 or 6 at a time, it's that addictive.

I probably never would have gotten around to listening to this one because zombie apocalypse is a hit or miss genre for me, but when it was added to the RQ Network… I figured it was worth a shot. They’ve never steered me wrong and I actually recall Alex Newall saying that he took a lot of inspiration from their top notch production values and storytelling. Now that I’ve listened all the way through, I have to say: I can see it! It’s amazing to me that this existed so early in the audio drama trend. Every single voice actor is putting their entire soul into their performance and I couldn’t help but get attached to all of the characters, even the ones that I hated at first. This also has the most interesting worldbuilding I’ve ever seen in a piece of zombie-centric media, hands down. I’m enjoying Descendants so far and can’t wait to see where it’s going.

What can someone say about the best podcast out there? It is the GOLD standard.Great cast, great story, 10/10 I don't really like zombies or the walking dead but I flipping LOVE this podcast.

I have not heard the podcast that this is a spin off from, it doesn't seem to matter at all. I listen to 3 at a time and I'm loving how the story is unfolding.
