Alli & Shan have been in the nutrition field for over a decade. Combined they have experience in the world of pediatrics, maternal fetal medicine, outpatient counseling, lactation education, functional nutrition and wellness. In recent years, they have become moms, with 5 children between them both. They married their past nutrition experience with lessons learned through motherhood. They aim to provide all parents with tips and tricks so that they can GLO by nourishing themselves mind, body and soul.
