Luke is a bar star who's worked for a variety of notable establishments across the country including the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Beso and Taste on Melrose in Los Angeles, along with the Four Seasons in Aspen and San Francisco, and Katy Trail Ice House and the Adolphus in Dallas, Texas. They talk all things vodka, including the proper way to conduct a tasting and the best vodka-based libations. Also, Dan and LA-based bar expert Una Green have a spirited discussion about the ever-increasing (and odious) practice of automatically adding gratuities to bar tabs.
