This week, I want to discuss how our thoughts shape our entire lives, and how the routines we rehearse and the lifestyle we create are all rooted in one thing -- our thoughts. After reading most of Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen, I felt inspired to share how you can form better habits and change your life using only your thoughts. It's not a hoax, it's not a drill. You can literally build a whole new life by interrupting unproductive and negative thought patterns and consider all situations through the lens of your "ideal self" (more on that to come).
