Kelli Rumpza is a Certified Prevention Specialist and has been at the Human Service Agency since 1998. She is the Program Director for the Watertown Healthy Youth Initiative, whose mission is to collaborate with local resources to build a safe and healthy community for our youth, focusing on alcohol, tobacco, suicide and other social issues that impact our youth. This includes facilitating several community coalitions such as Glacial Lakes SAFE (Suicide Awareness For Everyone).
