Hey everyone! If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’re probably familiar with my six-month struggle with Perioral Dermatitis.

In short, Perioral Dermatitis is defined as a dry, red rash that is sometimes flakey and itchy around the mouth, nose & chin. It can occasionally spread upwards toward the eyes

I discovered through sharing my journey that many of my readers have done form of this or facial eczema as well. I wanted to share what I’ve been doing and what has worked for me.

The products I’m using currently are the Osmia Black Clay Facial Soap and I alternate between Erbaviva Sunscreen and Avene Cicalfate Cream.
