I'm usually not a fan of unscripted podcasts, I call them "blabbing" podcasts, but Willing & Fable has none of the downsides of most unscripted podcasts. Tracey & Rowan are almost always talking about something interesting; sometimes other podcasts feel like the hosts are just talking because they have a podcast, they know they have to talk, but with Willing & Fable it's the opposite, they have a podcast because they have so much to say, and I here for it. They clearly put a lot of effort into the research on each topic, even citing their sources. They're also great writers, presenting short works of original fiction every week and they write absolutely enthralling stories. The main reason I usually avoid unscripted podcasts is...uh...because....but um...they sound...um...like that, but Hall & Harrison have the grace of professional public speakers and it's music to my ears.
