Hundreds of wildfires have destroyed the Central and Northern parts of California. They have contributed to six deaths, and have greatly doubled in size, becoming one of the largest wildfire seasons in the history of California. The significant land that has been destroyed is now greatly immense and now is bigger than the State of Rhode Island. Devastation everywhere, 500 homes and other structural points have been burned by the fire. 43 firefighters and civilians have been injured. California Governor Gavin Newsom has said 560 fires were being fought by many crews. He still keeps insisting that it is not enough.

Many cities of California have experienced0 haze and dark smoke because of the fires.
