Released Friday, 13th March 2020
Good episode? Give it some love!
This episode is very important for my guest and myself personally and politically. My guest for this episode is Marium Fatimah Malik, a friend of mine since primary school. This episode, we are talking about the ongoing protests in Hong Kong for greater democratic freedom, which Marium has been a part of since the beginning. On 1st October 2019, she was subjected to Hong Kong Police’s excessive force and aggressively arrested. She was in prison for 36 hours and still has an investigation open against her. I hope you enjoy this very important episode and gain a greater insight on the protests in Hong Kong. Thank you very much for listening!
