Drink of the Episode: Bee Hummingbird

Ingredients
1.5 oz white rum
½ oz lime juice
½ oz lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
Ice 

(Mocktail adaptation: leave out the rum and use soda water instead)

Directions
1.    Melt honey in water
2.    Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice cubes
3.    Shake well
4.    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
