Heather K. Terry is the founder of NibMor Chocolate, which can be found in thousands of retail locations nationwide. Secret to Being The Best Mom She Can Be: Time with her daughter is sacred, nonnegotiable and great fun. She puts boundaries in place and won’t sacrifice them under any circumstance.

Time Hack:  When she's feeling unproductive and/or zapped she'll walk away for 10 minutes, do nothing and it recharges her battery so she can get back to work and is more productive.
