Taylor takes over her territory, starts recruiting followers, and is forced to deal with a new up-and-coming threat to Brockton Bay in the Merchants

The Undersiders return with a vengeance, ascending to a new level of villainy as they start to embrace the full capacity of their abilities.
The Wards struggle to pick up the pieces of Brockton Bay after Leviathan while dealing with their own internal crises.
An Endbringer has descended upon Brockton Bay, and before the end of the night the city will likely lie in ruin. Taylor is one of many to take a stand, but risks losing more than her life in the conflict.
