Goldstein got his start in audio storytelling working on the highly successful NPR series ‘This American Life’ with Ira Glass. For eleven seasons he was also the host of his own successful series WireTap, which aired on the CBC.

Goldstein is currently working on a new series from Gimlet Media called ‘Heavyweight’ which explores “what might of happened if you had acted”. In their conversation, Goldstein discusses how he first became interested in audio storytelling, his WireTap days, his current work on Heavyweight, and his views on the current state of radio.
