Hispanic Heritage Month Series!

In this episode we touch on a very sensitive subject, Mental Health. Unfortunately there is a mental health taboo that is still very much believed in the Hispanic community. Why is it we don't talk about it? Why is it "wrong" to express things? We bring to light why it is important to create a safe space where people can express their thoughts and feelings, and why dismissing those things is harmful.

This episode took a turn, a very deep one. And we want you all to know that you are worthy and you are loved. Every single one of you. So please, if you need someone to talk to, don't be afraid to reach out for help. And if you know someone who is hurting, reach out to help them.
