Mayoral candidate Maya Wiley joined Errol to talk about her plans to tackle the rise in gun violence and how she plans to desegregate city schools. As a civil rights attorney who spent years in public service, she discussed how her parents put her on the path to fight for racial justice and how her upbringing shapes the way she plans to lead the city. And she shared her personal experience about what it’s like to run for mayor as a Black woman.
