What I really love about my interviews is the flow of the conversation and where it’ll lead. Dakima Maria has quite a story and I felt completely honored for her to open up to me. You never know the hardships someone has faced and their journey until you sit down pay attention and listen. And her story is incredibly inspiring.

Dakima has been in the industry for over 20 years. She now has a salon in Vancouver, WA and one in Las Vegas. She is not your average hairdresser. She’s a pioneer, an entrepreneur who is continually growing and moving forward. Oh yeah guys she’s also a kick-ass mother of five.
