“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves". A famous quote from Viktor Frankl who served many years in a concentration camp during world war 2.

This to me sums up most of our lives and if you can live by this message then you’ll grow stronger and have more success and happiness because you won’t fall victim to your circumstances, you will instead choose to accept that you can’t change some things in your environment, BUT, you can always change yourself, change your perspective and change your attitude towards it.

For a lot of people, 2020 has been one of the most difficult and challenging years of their life. I also believe this means it is one of the greatest opportunities to grow stronger and more resilient from these unprecedented challenges.

In this episode I discuss ways you can personally reflect on your year, I challenge you to not think about the situations that were handed to you that you had no control over and what judgement you have on them, I challenge you to ask yourself the deeper reflective questions of how you chose to show up - CONSISTENTLY - and whether you’re super clear on who you are at your best and if you know how to CONSISTENTLY show up as this version everyday, through thick and thin, to ensure 2021 is the beginning of your most empowered journey and not just another year of grinding, hustling, being frustrated and feeling stuck and HOPING everything will be ok. 

You already have your best self inside of you. 

The question is, Are you willing to do the work to be the inspired, influential and impactful leader in your personal and professional life and bask in the joy of your most impactful and empowered self ever?
