This entire podcast is fantastic. I first found it a few years ago and listened at work in the morning. With the pandemic going on I've been home for 9 months and was losing myself. I added Phil back into my routine and listen while doing yoga in the mornings. Seriously, 5ish minutes a day can change everything. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to give this series a listen!
