Action: Despite what you may think, people are not mind readers. They will not automatically know when you are in trouble or need help. That is why it is important for you to know you can ask for help 24/7. If you’re waiting for someone to help you without ever saying anything, don’t. Ask for help yourself. There’s no shame in asking for help, it takes strength to do so.
