Action: If the pandemic of 2020 and 2021 has taught us anything, it is that life is short. It is that we are not promised tomorrow. So when we know that it is so important to remember that people do not have access to what’s going on in your head. You have to tell them. Tell people how you feel. Tell people what you’re thinking. This is in all environments: personally, professionally, socially. People are not mind-readers. You have to communicate your thoughts or the only person who will know is you.
