Remember to follow wisely, slow, limiting your follows to under 200-300. You can gain what you need from someone in an hour of taking in their content without needing to see it daily. You can follow someone then realize only 5% applies to you + unfollow. You can follow then realize for some reason they’re increasing your anxiety or resentment + unfollow. Some accounts talk on the topic often, others may have a blog post or podcast episode on it specifically.
