We discuss zoom fatigue and why communicating online is so exhausting for people as well as how shifting to online communication increases self esteem problems and anxiety.

We talk about how we can help ourselves cope with the uncertainty and grief of losing our loved ones and about how several Indians feel like the second lockdown in 2021 has hit them much harder than the first one.

Lastly, we talk about the ways in which people have grown during this pandemic and the post traumatic growth that most people have gone through.
