On this episode of Yours Mentally we talk about the details of therapy. Firstly, we discuss about the definition and our understanding of therapy. We then go on to discuss why it is better to seek therapy if one just has a friend who they know will stick by them, who they are more comfortable with, who knows them better and who they trust.
