The episode "You Be You, Girl" especially resonated with me as I've always fought against the social norms of "beauty" especially for us girls. It's surprising especially in the western world how the majority believe that to stay presentable "make-up" is an absolute essential and without which you don't look beautiful! I hope to raise my daughter free of this thought. More power to Susmitha for speaking out about these topics :)

I've been going out for walks to parks(maintaining social distancing) and I've been listening to "The Feel Good Factor" podcasts and they are apt for the name! Always feels good listening to Sushmita's lovely voice and giving me good company for long walks.
