I love Maintenance Phase so much. My only complaint is the slow release of new episodes but I know they have a lot of other projects. They've taught me a lot, align with my values (which I'm guessing the negative reviewers don't), and make me laugh. I've listened to all their main and bonus episodes at least 3 times each - not including when I listen to them as I'm going to sleep
