This was fine for me, but I felt like I have heard this basic type of story a bunch of times before.

I liked this podcast, but it dragged a bit towards the end (a familiar refrain for me).

An impressive podcast. Just a regular guy who got immersed in an unsolved case. Very nicely done overall, and super-thorough without being repetitive.

"Unheard" indeed. The audio in the tapes really needed to improved somehow.

Good overall, but the last few episodes really dragged over the "was anyone else involved or charged?" question.

I really wanted to like this, and gave it three different tries. I couldn't get past the talking-with-other-podcasters stuff in the first few episodes.

Excellent podcast but maybe one episode too long? Dragged on a bit at the end.

God help me, but I have a soft spot in my heart for crooks like Blago.

I'm just not a fan of bantering co-hosts.

Cannot recommend enough. Jack El-Hai is a master storyteller.

I am a Taberski fan (loved the Richard Simmons and COPS seasons of "Headlong"), but this one didn't seem to gel quite as much for me.

A pleasant surprise. Taberski is great, generally.

Really liked this podcast as it seems to tie together the entirety of the GSK saga. My only (minor) quibble is that St. John periodically lowers her voice to imitate the GSK when recounting his instructions/threats to victims. So cringe-worthy.

I hate to only give this podcast only three stars, as I actually really liked the first few episodes. But it eventually seemed that Hannaford was trying to grasp at anything that could be connected to Resendiz. There is one point where Hannaford references notorious false-confessor Henry Lee Lucas -- to make the point that multiple serial killers might have been operating in the same place. No, Lucas is relevant because he was a false-confessor, just as Resendiz might have been.

I'm an historian who has followed the Agnew scandal since childhood, so this podcast should have been perfect for me. It was not. My biggest issue was Maddow repeating some variation of "Here, for the first time ever, we will reveal . . ." approximately five times in every episode. We get it: there is some new reporting here.

5 stars for the first season; wasn't able to find Season 2 for free.

The RFK Tapes just wasn't good journalism.

I just couldn't get past Keith Morrison's signature overdone narration. (Some like, and some don't. I'm in the latter category.)
