RATING
Not sure what's up with the lower rating for this episode; I'm assuming it's someone who didn't listen carefully or follow up with the sources cited. As someone who knows people (including relatived) who blame hyperactivity on sugar intake, this is a great episode to be able to send for them to get a better idea of the actual science.
Listened to this while out "getting steps". 10/10 recommend for some really intriguing dissonance and a lovely reason not to actually care what my steps were at the end of my walk.
A great way to learn about influential books that are deeply problematic without actually having to read the books. Thank you to Mike and Peter for taking the hit of actually reading these so others don't have to in order to understand what they say, and what's wrong with what they say.Informative, well-researched and properly cited, and with decent and engaging discussion and analysis.
