Absolutely hilarious actual play from some of the best lads on the isle of Blighty. Great fluid DMing from the masterful Nate who manages to herd the chaos of his hysterical and creative party and still managing to tell a story. You feel like you're sat the table with them when you listen to them play and they've provided some incredible distractions in tough times. Well worth listening to and being a part of their community.
Big fan of Nate's DM style and the cast bring a wonderful energy to every episode! I'm still playing catch up but loving it so far!
Do you like sheds, jazz and have a lawn maintenance schedule? Then there's loads of dull actual play podcasts you'll love. But this one isn't for you, it's actually fun. Madder than a box of drunk kobolds and some amazing bardcore recaps... What's not to love?
Fun podcast that makes you feel like you're right at the table with them. Check it out! #ODPH
If you like laughing this is a podcast for you. These random blokes will keep you always guessing at what is next. There isn’t a situation they can’t throw for a loop to make you laugh. Seriously, one episode was about clocks! Clocks! And even that was hilarious. Oh, and they okay some D&D too.
A lovely bunch of people.
Fantastic and fun D&D 5e crew. Wit, humour and craziness abound amongst the battles of life and death.Superb!
For me the highest compliment I can pay an actual play D&D podcast is that it makes me feel like I am sat in a room with some friends playing D&D - and Dice and Desire certainly hit that sweet spot! From the initial intro podcasts which focuses on introducing and rollling for each character, you really start to form a bond with both the PCs and the actual players. There is a wonderful blend of storytelling, action and downright silliness and Nate does an amazing job at herding cats!!Each episode has a fantastic musical recap by Dweezil Vanzaphir
