Are you surprised by this rating? Are you asking yourself why would I give 5 stars to a ship that is designed to fail, to a crew that is entirely inept, and for a journey destined to go nowhere? You have no hope of understanding the mettle of this ship, the heart of the crew, or the vision to see the stars that will undoubtedly be placed on some sidewalk somewhere for future travelers to marvel at their fame. Beyond all that, it's really funny!

Love this show so much! Olivia the AI is my favorite, so I even bought the "It's not my fault" shit from their teepublic store! 10/10 would recommend!

One of my all time favorite shows, the writing is amazing, the voice cast is top notch. I could go on and on but it is just one of the best comedy podcasts around right now. Do yourself a favor and just listen.

Hilarious hijinks from possibly the dumbest and densest spacefarers this side of the Andromeda Galaxy. Not to mention, I would invest in the G2's Oz ships today!

If you want a good giggle then this is the show for you. It's funny and oh-so-well-put-together... I LOVE Olivia sooooo much!

This show is like a Fallout Vault meets Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. That sounds like a strange combo and its a strange show in the most amazing and perfect ways. As a podcast producer it blows my mind that a cast of so many different characters can exist so well together on an audio only medium. Being able to have a cast that has so much vocal variation is an amazing feat on its own, and the way the story is written and acted out is perfection. This is my first audio-drama but it won't be my last.

This show is so My Shit it’s amazing I haven't binged it before. A messy ragtag ensemble of morally grey idiots? CHECK. A narrator filled with total contempt for their "protagonists" and borderline mutinous about it? CHECK. Every type of silly accent? CHECK. Dumb, super hot men and absolutely feral women? FUCKING CHECK. Oz 9 takes place on a recently-departed shuttle out of Earth, where a mismatched crew of ex-criminals are woken from stasis early due to a possible malfunction or possible murder of some of the passengers--and they are, as the narrator points out repeatedly, WILDLY unequipped to even make it through the first day, much less solve the mystery of what is happening and finish the journey. It has some of the best banter out there, some deliciously dark humor, and an incredible ensemble of well-drawn, hilarious characters (I'm partial to Olivia, the perpetually-thirsy-af AI of the ship who keeps helpfully reminding everyone “It’s not my fault,” and Leet, the himbo IT “expert” she’s obsessed with who perceives any accent as a completely foreign language and is intensely sensitive about the symmetry of his body/face). It’s like Arrested Development meets Firefly meets Christopher Guest meets Veep? Idk but it works! Favorite exchange: “I’m a man of my word!” “What’s that word? Bullshit?”

What do you even say about a show this good? It's hilarious, the writing is really good, and it's so feel good. I love it!

Consistently engaging, funny, and smartly written. I review this podcast wherever I can, because it's absolutely something special. Whenever a new episode starts playing on my phone, I know I have a good twenty-plus minutes of fun ahead. Amazing work.

Oz 9 reminds me of all the sci-fi comedies that I grew up on, but with a modern sense of humor and sensibility. Every episode makes me laugh and fills me with the same wonder about this ridiculous, deep, and inviting universe.

I have gotten more odd looks from laughing out loud at work from this show than any other. The cast all do a great job. None of them take themselves too seriously and that's great, it's a comedy! !fwip!

One of my favorites. The storyline keeps you pulled in & the crew is just hilarious. I absolutely love the characters. Everyone has done a great job putting this together.

This show is Fawlty Towers in space and I couldn't be happier that the denizens of Oz9 are such numbskulls! This is a go-to show for a dose of good cheer in a world that is a clusterf*ck!

Have you ever wondered why science fiction shows/stories across various mediums can be so sterile and dry? Because Oz 9 and its comedy can't be topped, and some people are too scared to try.

Just hilarious, love it. Funny, well written and the characters are all great, not a duff thing to say about Oz-9 except I'm binging it and catching up quite quickly, not my faault.

This show never ceases to astound. I laugh my ass off and can't wait for each new techno-fail. Keep those episodes coming!

One of my all-time favorite shoes. The writing is pure genius, the acting is hilarious, the sound amazing... There just aren't enough good things to say about this show! Season one left me wanting so much more from this group and I can't wait until season two!

If you were raised on Monty Python and Douglas Adams, if you loved Lost in Space but thought it could be much funnier, if you like goofy accents and sharp dead-on humour with sudden moments of unexpected tenderness ... if you're human (or a reasonable facsimile), you'll love this show.
