There’s nothing more glamorous than a limousine, right…? And Beattie Edmondson wants you to come along for the ride. But things don’t go exactly to plan… For the last in the series of Birthday Girls’ House Party, Beattie has hired a limo and they’re picking-up Josh Widdicombe en route. Expect tales of embarrassing parents, a prom-themed game with a rather bizarre ending and some stories that really ‘stretch’ the truth. A Whistledown production for BBC Sounds.
I’ll tell you what Camille Ucan wants. What she really, really wants… It’s a 90s party in her kitchen with the other Birthday Girls. And time for comedians and podcasters Stevie Martin & Tessa Coates to don their scrunchies and join the gang. Expect print-outs of your favourite pop stars, unbelievably expensive sweets and a lorra lorra laughs. Plus, Beattie’s timekeeping finally catches up with her as she arrives late. Really late. A Whistledown production for BBC Sounds.
Rose Johnson formally requests the presence of Beattie Edmondson, Camille Ucan and comedian Lucy Pearman for a prim and proper Victorian party. Expect authentic parlour games, a spectacular (and sincere) musical number and some Victorian-era facts you definitely weren’t taught in school... Plus, there’s unexpected cabbage chat and an array of potato delights. A Whistledown production for BBC Sounds
Beattie Edmondson has invited the girls and their partners, James McNicholas, Daniel Cook and Sam Francis, on a couples’ retreat to a very romantic… static caravan. Expect domestic fantasies, a round or two of Mr and Mrs and some rather revealing romantic reminiscing. Plus there are Bakewell tarts and veggie sausages positioned in some very inappropriate places. A Whistledown production for BBC Sounds.
