Hello! My name is Milly and I am the host and creator of "Your Self-Help." I am very passionate about mental health and believe that all members of society should learn ways to help battle the negative scripts of this world. I am currently a student at Utah Valley University in the Behavioral Science Program. I plan to graduate by August 2019 and from there study Family & Marriage Therapy.
