One of the most powerful things we can do in this life is to connect with Source. It does not have to be a mountain-top experience, we can do it every day, anywhere, anytime.

Atousa Raissyan is a certified heart-centered transformational healer, Shaman, and spiritual teacher. Atousa has extensive experience in, and passion for, helping individuals to discover and tap into their “true self” in order to unlock their potential to experience their desired life, in terms of abundance, relationship and personal well-being.

In this episode, Atousa shares how her spiritual life blossomed over time and through difficult experiences. She describes how shamanic practices helped her wake up and learn to trust herself and the Source that connects us all. Atousa shares how choosing to spend time in nature, loving ourselves, being grateful for the little things, and being present in everything we do are ways to maintain a vibrant connection with Source.
