Today Jason and MDV are tackling the argument of scoring workouts. At NCFIT and the NCFIT Collective, we often get questions regarding how to score a workout. Our rebuttal: why worry about the score? Now, we know this can be controversial stance, and we agree there's a time and place for logging workouts, but today the guys address why it is that we've moved away from tracking every rep, weight, and time, and instead focused on body awareness and optimizing each workout.
