In this final episode from our first season and concluding our dive into 1st Corinthians, our hosts discuss themes related to war, pacifism. violence and the means of reaching an end. Kayden’s question this week centred on the story of German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer, “From a Christian perspective, is there ever a justification for violence?” Please note that this episode contains themes of death, war and the complications of those tangled trauma’s, and may not be appropriate for all listeners.
Thank you so much to each and every one of our listeners that have taken the time to listen to this first season. We appreciate with respect and gratitude all the feedback, interaction and wisdom that continues to be generated in community. We look forward to returning in early January of 2020 as we continue to delve into Paul’s letters to the church in Corinth, when we will be delving into the wisdom from 2nd Corinthians.
If you would like to ask Brian Fraser a question as part of our weekly discussion, or leave us a comment, feedback or even a hello, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
