This episode was birthed out of a conversation that I had with a very good friend. She's someone I consider a strong mother figure for whom I have a lot of respect for. I had no idea what and where this conversation was going to go, but it was well worth having.How many of us are torn between our past and future because we're holding on to what has kept us bound and weighed down for years?
