Mueller declines to clear TrumpSpecial Counsel Robert Mueller said his probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election was never going to end with criminal charges against President Donald Trump.

Mueller said Justice Department policy prevented him from bringing charges against a sitting president.

Contrary to the president’s claims, Mueller did not clear Trump of obstruction of justice.

He said it was the job of Congress to hold the president accountable for any wrongdoing.

Israel heads to election as Netanyahu fails to form government

Israeli lawmakers voted to dissolve the parliament after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu failed to form a coalition government.

The September 17 ballot will be Israel's second this year.

Netanyahu is facing possible indictment for bribery, fraud and breach of trust. Seven dead in Hungary boat capsize

At least seven people are dead and 21 others are missing after a boat capsized in Budapest, Hungary.

The sightseeing boat with 33 South Koreans sank in the River after colliding with a larger cruise ship.

South Korean diplomats in Hungary said the tourists did not put on life jackets at the time of the collision.

Twenty-one killed in fiery Mexico road accident

At least 21 people were killed and 30 injured after a tour bus and a tractor-trailer collided in the Mexican state of Veracruz.

The bus was travelling to the southern state of Chiapas when the accident occurred.

Most of the victims were pilgrims on their way back from the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe in Mexico City.

Cricket World Cup kicks off

England faces off against South Africa at the Oval in London.
