Because when you understand what is happening, you are able to help calm the immediate anger and frustration that wells up in you when you hear it and actually show up effectively in those moments to hold space for your little's emotions instead of escalating the emotional charge. 

The mom rage and mom anxiety is so common when it comes to hearing crying--but it's not exactly how you're designed to operate. As a Christian working mom, understanding how God designed you to function will enable you to make some simple changes to actually start managing your emotions and stop the emotional outbursts. You will finally be able to show up grounded and calm when all the crying starts!
